He was in the Gulf, but he was between those concrete pilings & the tip of the island & the ranger said he was pretty far out. He was not at the phosphate dock. I wouldn't swim there either if for no other reason than the currents.

The media is just amazing.

This is exactly right. The media will embellish ANY story in order to make it sound the way they want to the readers, with the aim of selling their product.

I take anything that I read in the local paper with a grain of salt, or at least a very skeptical eye.
