I use SlipIns DiveSkins. Can definitely say they fit 6 foot tall and 250 lbs. And they are so thin one gets self conscious about all the bumps and bulges being quite noticeable, as the the diveskin fits very... well.... Skin Tight.
 
I use Lycra socks, make it easy to put on suit and boots. I also wear a rash guard shirt, works for me.

I found the plastic bag method was a pain as the bags were always trying to escape and blow away.
