Was that 38 hours since they took a can of blacks spray paint to it? I can't say for sure of course, but that unit has some age to it and 38 hours would be practically unused; so the story doesn't seem to match the picture.
It could have very low hours and be in great condition, but when people are untruthful, I get a little wary.
Make sure you look at in person and make sure it performs.
