I haven't been to many Scuba areas yet but I can't imagine it gets much better than Cozumel. There must be something in the water.

I love the beautiful sunsets ...
What a great shot that is! I hesitate to say what my favorite place is because of my own selfishness. It's the Black Durgon Inn on Bonaire--a little 10 room slice of paradise with some of the best diving on the main island right out front. I took this one morning at breakfast:
