It's also known as the Sea Emperor. It's a fantastic dive isn't it? I took my video camera with me the first time I did the dive and got some great tape of about a dozen Stingrays circling around us as well as the two hundred pound grouper that hangs out at the site.

It one dive I could do over and over and never get tired of it.

BTW the link you left doesn't seem to work.

who told you its called the sea emperor....the sea emperor is a dive off of pompano beach........it is 100 feet away from the united carribbean......

I've heard people refer to the Sea Emperor as the Zoo as well because of all the marine life on it. I've also seen it called several different names in dive mags over the years. There are a few sites here in South Florida with several names and what each is called depends on who you talk to.

I take it we're talking about two different sites with the same names. Sense you wern't very specific as to the location I thought you were talking about what I know as the Sea Emperor.

Walter once bubbled...
In Scott's defense, I made the same assumption.

Me three :)

I've also heard the Sea Emperor referred to as the Aquazoo.
