If you go to Kauai, you have to hook up with Captain Andy's.
i was traveling with 5 of my best girlfriends ( We're all still speaking to each other)
we are all Eastern Pacific, Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico chicks.
not to mention 3 blue water greenhorns.
This ain't that in the big K. Big blue water. It was on the list to go out on the big blue, do a little viewing, snorkeling, ya da ya da. November is afternoon squall take a nap time.
Normally.
We had fab weather until the Event arrived.
Had booked the 5 hour breakfast lunch snorkeling jaw dropping view tour.
Flash flood warnings through Monday, this is Friday.
Trip was on a nice Cat.
Because I know everything about everything, I audibled no way this morning as it was horrible, pouring rain and my main concern was for my posse
Now we get to the painful part for Captain Andy. Refund.
I called and we bantered. It is their job and weather battles are hard on everyone.
As I am being dragged around botanical gardens this afternoon I get a call that is an endangered action.
Customer Service
.We Got a full refund for 6 which I m sure was slightly painful, but knew then that they get it and I was pleasantly shocked.
they offer other cool stuff too and we would have jumped on it if we weren't in the process of building an ark.
There are choices for all of this stuff, but I would go back Capt Andy'si cause they care.
Kauai rocks.
