Has anyone else considered a "scuba trailer" ?...

I've been thinking of this myself. There have been pictures of a few really cool set-ups posted on the board in the past. Also, I've been googling firefighter SCBA trailer makers for ideas. Here are a couple of examples that came up in a quick search:

(later that same day): Here's a past thread on the subject, with some cool trailers.

Someone already has my "USTU." I've seen pics of it over on DecoStop. It's a full-size van with a bunk built in the main compartment. The area inside the back doors is walled off and holds all the sets of tanks and gear. Can't remember everything it had, but it was sweet. Drive to the dive spot.... eat, dive, sleep, and repeat. Never have to worry about getting a nice car dirty, or renting a hotel room.

In the mean-time, my Ford F-150 super-crew does pretty well. I can haul 5 others with me if needed, 3 others in comfort. Tons of storage in the bed, and tows the boat to get to the good dives sites off shore.

O2BBubbleFree - Yep, that's the general idea! Thanks for the links!

For several years in SoCal, I didn't own a car.
I did have a bicycle and a trailer, and a boat!
