It never is on paper. But when you add all the thousands of tourists streaming off those extra three ships, think about how much deeper the tourist traffic can get on the Meglar. There is no doubt that the island will receive additional revenues. There is no doubt that many will receive economic benefit. The issue is just how crowded can a finite amount of development sustain without being too crowded. With all of the additional t-shirt, souvenir, and chain restaurants to be opened near The new ships, I believe the saturation point will have been met.Is that all? Hardly looks like it will be very obtrusive.![]()
Extra 3 ships??? I see room for 4 lol.........so much for any reef or sea life out there.........bow thruster death imminent.
But of course they are two different issues with different effects of different scopes.Kinda funny (and pathetic) how excited and optimistic all us scuba divers have been in recent years in our collective fight against lionfish, only to get blindsided by a mega-eco-disaster like this......talk about a lost cause!
