Traders is good? We will be living in Bulacan then an will fly to Manila after Dumaguete with Matt, Ulrika and Lilja. Do we pay in advance?

best and closest place to stay would be traders hotel... across from the CCP, that's a 5-minute walk to the terminal...

for cheaper yet further away i'd reco the malate area... should be some inexpensive yet decent pensions or inns in the area... maybe 10-15 minutes by cab...

@tour group: matt raised an interesting point: how many are staying overnight?

I was just reading some scary reviews of Traders. What about Century Plaza or Diamond? Are they close?

yes Century Plaza is walking distance to the ferry docks. Good hotel, right across our office.

Be warned it is also right beside a shopping mall.

haven't had any problems yet with traders but then again i haven't stayed there in about 2 years now...

there are a good smattering of hotels around dennis... anything from walking distance to 10 minutes away :biggrin:

yup... it was OK... it's a shangri-la hotel (just lower end) we hadn't any problems... and if you're only staying a couple nights it shouldn't be so bad

was with some friends last night they say it's possible to rent our own ride for 3k, they've done corregidor 3x already. will try calling suncruises on moday to check this out.
