hiya there katie..
welcome to the coolest and friendliest board ive ever seen..
im fairly new here also.. and its great to see some more young people like myself intrested in diving..
although i am a bit older then you..... (feels like im a dino)
so anyways hope you enjoy yourself here..
and if i were you i would call your local divecenter. and set up a time to go get your certification.. thats all you need to do and you will be on your way to some GREAT times..
becareful and pay attention. although for some the certification class seem a breeze they do teach very good standards that can save your life!!!!
