Not sure if this is allowable or been posted before, but it would be helpful to traveling divers to have a source of referrals of operations which have provided outstanding service, bad service, and horrible service?

Anybody got any?

I think that it is against the TOS, if your going on a trip then post it. People here will give you recommendations on who to go to for support during your dive trip, they also will tell you who they don't recmmend. All you have to ask "anybody have any recommendations on which LDS or charter to use in this area?".

DMP's general advice is sound. But I read the TOS differently, perhaps my error. As for reviews of good and bad operators, I find Undercurrent to be useful. I used to like Scuba Diving Magazine's annual issue on dive operators, but I just got their last issue and it only talks about locations, not individual operators. If saying these things has made my posting inappropriate, hopefully I'll hear from a moderator.
