Hah hah: if I want a seasonal $100 parking pass I have to appear *in person* between 8:30Am and 4:30pm *Monday through Friday* in freaking Lions Head?!?!?
So you have to take time off work to get there before 4:30pm, not well thought out.

I bought mine at the Harbormaster's office in Little Tub when I got my Launch Ramp pass...Just got back from a 17 day trip there. Passes are only available to Ontario Residents and I saved an estimated $57.00 in the time I was there based on the $3.00/hour rate...also means if I didn't have a pass I would have spent $150+ on parking mostly in a dirt lot (Hay Bay Road trailer lot) in just over 2 weeks on the days that we launched the boat and parked the truck and trailer. We only went to the Tub 2 times...once for an ice cream and once to Craigie's for whitefish and fries, way less than we would normally do.Hah hah: if I want a seasonal $100 parking pass I have to appear *in person* between 8:30Am and 4:30pm *Monday through Friday* in freaking Lions Head?!?!?
but to expect the rest of the world to stay away because we old farts don't want them…
Its not the influx of people that is the problem here; its the municipality's heavy handed and apparently greedy approach to dealing with it that is tantamount to shooting themselves in the foot.
