The elusive "+" rating. . .

Wookie, no problem at all. I'm sure different hydro stations may have different reasons for not giving out
the plus rating. The hydro shops that do know how and choose not to are the ones that have already taken a stand.
I've been through this in the past. If someone is really wanting a plus rating the time to have the conversation is
before giving anyone your tank.
 
Why? TC allows a 10% overfill if the cylinder is marked with a "+" marking.....
All the modern lp tanks in Canada are rated in bar and that pressure includes the plus part already. So 2400psi Canadian tanks don't need pluses to get filled to 2640.
