Looks like a good lesson in getting in a hurry and not properly planning the lift.

I bet he forgot about the weight of the water in the car.
He clearly didn't set his outriggers and didn't even bother to park in the best position to start.

Too much fun!
 
I saw another site that had larger pictures. He did have the outrigger set, but it was close to the edge. Looked like it either slipped off or the stone beneath the edge crumbled.
