I just tip whether all inclusive or not. I tip as I go to wait staff. Sometimes to dive staff but usually throughout the time I'm there.

Who tips when service sucks? That just encourages lousy service. We ate at a restaurant on Roatan almost every night but we couldn't get the waitress staff to smile, and worse, bring us our stuff and take our orders. We were pissed but we knew we were going to eat there again (the lobster was really good) so we just overtipped thinking the next visit would be wonderful. It wasn't so we didn't. I think that place actually employed FEMBOTS to serve people.

People, break that habit of tipping bad service or tip bad service like I do and leave some nickles and pennies. You don't want them in your pocket anyway. :D

Sea ya!
