looking to go somewhere as a family to dive for the week of thanksgiving,

Bonaire, and Curaco (spelling is not good on that one) and Cozumel are all out.

We are looking to go somewhere new that is affordable and totally a great dive destination.

Inputs anyone??

Specifics are as follows:

3 ppl over 50
2 ppl over 20
and 1 person that will be 12

obviously it has to be somewhere that has things to do other than dive so the 12 yr old can have something to do since she does not like night diving, and the other 5 would like a place that has a town that you can drink and eat in!!

Lemme know where you have been, who you dove with and what you though!!

Cheers,

Scott

Try the Turks and Caicos. There is also diving off of Ft Lauderdale. Just out of curiosity, what is keeping form the places you named?

Cozumel-- Been there the past 2 years, although it is a blast and i do love it, im ready for a change, or a new stamp in the passport if you will.

Bonaire-- 12 yr old loves to dive but not that much, and unfortunately spent alot of time in the condo at Sand Dollar last summer.

Curacao-- Similar to bonaire, and we priced it through our dive shop and it was a bit expensive. Then when we priced the Airfare for my uncle from Kansas, it became quite expensive, and it was a bit steep for him.

So far we are looking at the Bahamas seriously, any words for the wise on that?

Last time I was there I didn't get in any dives because of the weather.
