Yoo hoo! Have a pass to get a dive Thurs AM in as long as get back in time to go to in-laws for t-giving.

Winds from south so willing to try Folly, Lanes Cove. Partly cloudy, and temps supposed to go to 60. Will be diving wet as my dry suit still out for repair.

If anyone interested, let me know.

Nubble and Cape ann are same distances to me. I checked and it looks like conditions appear to be better further south. Will check again end of wed and make call.

Open to go anytime as long as I'm back in Merrimack area by 1 so can get to in-laws by 2ish. preference to go earlier (high tide mid am)

I was planning an am dive, however I am south of boston (Quincy). I was thinking of diving the jetty at Gun Rock, Brant Rock or Sandwich Beach. But that's a long arse drive back to NH for you. And I am not sure I can get home for turkey dinner if I head north. I am als diving wet, brrrrrrr!

cheers! happy diving

Will check the board @ 9Am - if weather is not thunder - planing to dive folley cove.
Any Takers ?

I would be all over this but as you know I'm heading out with the woman. You around next weekend? If yes let's plan to dive.

Have a good one.

Did anyone get out yesterday AM? It looked like it would have been a good day to go afterall.. Winds weren't has bad as forecasted and no AM Rain.

Curious what water conditions were like.

I was on the south shore conditions not so good for shore diving. There was a very decent surge on the south coast. I should have made the trip to the cape it would have been much calmer with the south wind. Bet it would have been a nice dive, with much less surge and waves. I drove by Gun Rock, Sandy, Egypt, Peggoty and Brant Rock beaches. None looked appetizing. Sandy was likely the best conditions. Peggotty and Egypt had large breakers on the beach (3ft). Peggotty is a known surfer spot so that one is usually pretty nasty...cheers
