Last night the Lake fell silent and off to the Douglas and Frontenac to do some repair and replacement work on moorings. GLUE members assisted Harold and did the work that was needed.

Not one to just be contented to do the task at hand, Harold had to also participate in a rescue for the Coast Guard. The NOKIA boat was overdue and was being searched for by the Coast Guard, Harold had seen the boat as he was coming in from the Afternoon charter so off to the location and a tow was in hand.

Then Off to the Douglas with the new mooring line in hand, greeted by some outstanding vis and flat lake the new line was installed.

Then off to the Frontenac to fix the problems with the line there.

Thanks to the Crew of the Seaducer and GLUE members for time well spent on doing this great community service for divers.

Thanks should also go out to Sue and George of Ducks Dive who raised the line and put in a temporary jug on Sunday.

They also put in a new line on the Manola on Tuesday.

Cool, the line wasn't in on the Manola when I was there June 28.....

The line was raised on Terry's Tug as well as the bottom jug was replaced by the GLUE club last nite, Members hope to replace the top jug today as well.

GLUE Divers spent the day cleaning lines and Jugs in Kingston (Mapleglen, Cornwall, Terry's Tug, Comet and Glendora)
