Literally the first 1 in america to have the new SeaLife Mini 2! Thanks to the Scuba Connection in Hillsborough, NJ. Gonna be trying out my new camera on sunday. I will post a review and post pictures sunday night for everyone to check out.:D

Thanks Wayne, Jason, Justin, and Mike. You guys are the best!

Mini review: Very neatly packed in box. The camera looks to be very rugged and sturdy. The buttons are nicely spaced and simple to press. The setup menu is very very simple. It has a built in red filter for the dive mode so that means no blue pictures. I've taken a few land pictures and ill tell you, they come out pretty good. More on sunday with underwater pictures.

Water was 38f so there is not much to see. Viz was also pretty bad, maybe 4ft at the most. I did however happen to spear an 18" flounder.

Thanks for posting, and nice dinner. And after using the camera, what are your thoughts so far? Any special info?

Its a decent little cam. Viz here in nj is always crappy so the pics aren't the best but it works.

Thanks so much for the pics! Thinking of getting one for my hubby-we're going to dry tortugas this summer, sounds like it would work well in the bright light down there. Any suggestions?

Yea its very very sensitive to motion. Make sure you are perfectly still when taking pics or they will be blurry. Also read the manual and make sure its in the right setting._
