I've been a fan of Dive Rite for over 20 years, buying my first cave light and bp/w from them in 1996. Back then, they were pretty much the lone wolf in tech gear and certainly top dog. Today, there's lots of manufactures producing tech gear. However, none of them have the opportunity to be as awesome as Dive Rite was yesterday.

I'm teaching a full class this week in cave country for Cavern and Intro to Cave. Unfortunately, we discovered that one of my students didn't bring regulators or backup lights for class. I quickly called Dive Rite when they opened and spoke with John McCain to see if he could solve my problem. It took him just a few minutes to run and check inventory. He called back and said it would take a little time build and quality control the set. We headed to dive rite, avoided catastrophe and resumed class.

Thank God they are conveniently located and are customer service oriented. You know this reminds me of the time my students primary light got ran over by a truck. We essentially destroyed a $800 flash light. We ran to Dive Rite and in less than an hour, they put the guts of the light in a used housing they had laying around, replaced the cord, glands, etc and for $50 we were back up and running.

If you're thinking of a gear purchase, think Dive Rite. Their staff is friendly and helpful and they never hesitate to go the extra mile. Couple that with their location to cave country, and if you ever have a major problem, they are close enough for an immediate resolution.

Thank you again John and Dive Rite for always being there for me and my students.

The sad part, that $800 light that got destroyed was my fault when I left the tailgate open to his truck. A milk crate of dive gear got ran over when it fell out. Lol

I'm a Fish!
We are a Dive Rite dealer and I have always been impressed with their prompt reply to any questions or problems we have. Their customer support is what you would expect from one of the top dive gear suppliers. Personally I dive their Transpac BCD and it's my all time favorite.
