Hey. To go with in what way??
I did my open water with Easy Divers in Samui island and was very happy with everything.. Service, knowledge, professionalism. Plus I had fun.
I'd assume most will be similar to that.

Thailand is a country- not a village. So it may be difficult to say which is the 'best'.
