I don't think he ever showed up Tom, or at least I didn't see them and I was there before they got there and after they left. My dive buddy tried one of the dry suits.

His opinion wasn't that good. He said it was very constricting underwater and felt like he had a lot more drag. But he only got to try it for like 12 minutes or so.

I was surprised more people didn't show up, but the Weather on Friday was terrible so maybe people decided not to go.

The visibility was pretty bad. At the surface it was probably 8-10 feet, then below the 1st thermocline 10-12 and below the third it was like -5 to 0 vis.

But I had fun got to use the computer for the first time! Just practiced breathing did 50 minutes at 43 feet so I am getting better and more relaxed.

First we seem to have lost The Original BLT(not the sandwich) and now Texas Mike. Is there something we ought to know?

All I can say is I am pretty sure he wasn't there on Saturday. If I remember right he said he had to work.

My question is what she looked like and what is he working on, girlfriend or wife?

Okay,

I heard from Mike and all is well. Now, that leaves BLT...no one seems to know anything...

I'm back as of this evening (Tues, Oct 16).

I was actually back in Texas last Tuesday, but was taking some time off from the net to get a few things done since when I sit down at my desk to read/post, I usually wind up spending most of the evening there.

And I'm cutting out any "work hours" reading/posting for much the same reason. Gotta get the paying work done first. But talk about withdrawal.

I didn't make the Mobby's show and tell since work kept me later than planned (past 2:30) on Saturday and even if I had left straight from there, that would put my arrival time at 4:00-4:30. and a 3 hour round trip drive is a bit much for one dive (gotta consider the price per bubble too).

Now to get busy with the Lake Travis trip. More details to be posted on that soon.

Tom,
I've been thinking about Jimbo too. He was going on the Carnival ship to the Western Caribbean.
He hasn't posted in so long. Hope all is well.

I've waited 4 days and no one has posted a reply. Did something happen I don't know about?
