First indications is that she's on her side a bit. We'll all know more on Tuesday after the first set of divers hit her. A group of SB folks are on the first charter, and they'll be reporting in the "Texas Swam Divers" forum here on SB. Can't wait to get the reports, and I can't wait to get to dive her! Alas, that won't be until next summer for me, though. Oh, well...lots of time to prepare.

It is my understanding they will set at least one lighted bouy on her thus making it easier for private vessals to locate.
Being on the side somewhat makes penetration diffucult but lends more character for the "external" diver--lol.

This is was I posted over on the Texas page.
Texas dive boats are very limited. This is all new to Texas. So things will have to get worked out and jsut see how many boats will be running in trips and the number of people that really want to even Dive the clipper. I have already heard complaining about trips to FL wrecks are just as close as diving the Clipper.
