20140501_150924.jpgMaiden voyage today. Unsinkable and pretty "un-flipable" . The spring at the flag base allows it to bend right over without tilting the float. The goal is to anchor this at the far end of the scallop bed so that we have a flag at both ends (the up current one is on the anchored boat).
 
Anything is flippable, given a sufficiently determined and aggressive flipper.

I did something "similar" years ago with an innertube, flag and heavy-plastic milk crate. Eventually it simply became one more item to transport.
