Tenerife - suggest dive spots please

I'm considering a one week escape to a warmer landscape. Trips to the Canary Islands usually comes cheap in January. No school vacation, and most people are broke after christmas...

It's not going to be a diving excursion, but I always try to dive were I'm at. This time I'll combine it with renting a motor bike for the week, and do what feels best in the moment.

But if you've been diving out of Tenerife and know some good localities, and who's taking me there, feel free to write me a word or two about it, ok? Thanks!

I might be late too, but if not.....there´s a lot of diving spots in tenerife, and some of them pretty good.

On the east coast: Las Eras, Punta Prieta.
South Coast: Playa Paraiso, Los Roncadores del Faro.
West Coast: Los Gigantes.
