I created this recipe for tenderized venison steak, and my wife who loves veal parmesan really enjoys it. It would work with venison, beef and even tenderized chicken breast.

The cook times will vary due to thickness of meat.

4 serving size well tenderized steaks
1 cup of spiced bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
Lowrys lemon pepper marinade. (or other favorite marinade)

Marinade meat for at least a half an hour. Be sure it is covered in marinade.

Mix bread crumbs and cheese in a bowl.

Lightly oil baking dish with olive oil about a table spoon will work.

Dredge steaks in bread crumb mix coating on both sides.
Arrange in pan.

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for about 20 min or until done.

Boy oh boy, the chefs are starting to come out of the woodwork. I am going to gain 15 lbs. trying all these great recipies. Keep 'em coming.

If you are going to use steak, a well tenderized round steak would be best and with chicken a boneless skinless half that has been tenderized well would be best.

Tenderizing meat is also good for relieving pent up anger.

Happy cooking.

I have a grilling spice blend I created. When I find it I'll share it. It goes really good with fish and chicken
