TDI instructor recommendations in NSW

I'm looking for a TDI instructor initially for Decompression Procedures and Advanced Nitrox. Ideally someone around Sydney but happy to travel for the right instructor.

I have been strongly recommended Paul Galassi by someone I trust but I have been unable to locate him. (let me know if you know how to contact him)

I'm looking for specific recommendations for an individual instructor not a dive shop etc. If you have someone you recommend can you please explain why (or why you don't recommend) that particular instructor.
