I posted an inquiry about places to spear tautog on the hunting site and have gotten nod-aa for a response. Sooo.... I'll try this site. Anybody know a good places in Buzzards Bay. The vis finally gets O.K. this time of season. Even places in cape cod bay or south shore would be appreciated.

Well spring is the better time for Tog but Hens and Chickens Reef off the tip of Gooseberry Island Westport Ma is a good spot. Actually any place off that point is usually good. Seal Rock off Newport is good also. Look for places with lots of rocks and
current. Dive the slack,the togs will be waiting for the tide to change and bring them lunch. Good hunting.
