Hi all,

I'm going to Cairns to dive the Barrier Reef for 3 months. I'm somewhat of a gas guzzler, and since it seems hard to find big rental tanks, I'm thinking of bringing my own 15 liter steel tank together with my gear. Except for the obvious hassle of lugging around a lump of metal, are there any other problems I might meet? Like dive centers or liveaboard boats that will refuse to fill my tank? Or airlines (BA and Qantas) refusing to let me take the tank (it will be empty and the valve screwed off)?

Thanks for your advice
