I also use the XS P's on my BP/W waist strap, and concur with Scubaroo completely. The nice thing about the pouches is that it is easy to add/remove weight on the fly as I change the amount of undergarment insulation beneath my dry suit due to changing water temps. I wear no weight belt and just 4#s total in the pockets, and it is so balanced and unrestricted that i love it. Sure, it might take a moment to ditch weight, but if I'm really neutral all I have to do is swim up a few feet and expanding air will start me toward the surface to the point where I'll need to be bleeding ASAP. Ditching weight is for the surface.Scubaroo:No problems with the velcro when using a 4lb hard weight. Not exactly quick-ditchable though - you'll need to dig the weight out by hand if you need to dump some. I've tried, and you can just barely fit a 5lb soft weight in there if you jam it in and shake it to settle.
