Tank strap help how to assemble ?

Hey everyone.

So I bought a scubapro X-Black BCD

I tried googling how to adjust the tank strap but found nothing sadly.

The bcd has a stainless steel buckle just like this one.

Can anyone help me how to assemble the steel buckle with the tank ?

I tried buckling but the strap goes loose. What should I do ?

Or use quick tighten thumb screws (what i call them)they are amazing. My wife has arthritis in her hands, so tightening the normal tank strap(cam over). These that we use take a couple of twists and done. They arent cheap(70$or so.)but stop all of the fumbling. Good to go.
