I know we have bursting discs fitted (don't we?). Well I found a set of doubles I recently purchased with double bursting discs in each valve, so much for the relief at max pressure! The only reason I looked was that one was leaking so I drained it and opened it up. The tank you have may not be as safe as you think. While this situation is clearly not the norm, its not the normal situation that kills you!
