Tank fill/delivery service

I was thinking today of starting a air tank refill delivery service. I would pick up the tanks at the customers home or dock/marina and get them filled at the scuba shop; Then I would deliver it to the customer.

Do you think there is a market for this?

Rather than the residential side, you might take a look at what the various dive charter boats are doing. While some have compressors, others may be carting tanks back and forth. Your advantage would be the ability to deliver multiple tanks to several customers in the same marina.

Or you can work it from the other end and query the gas suppliers (dive shops, Fill Express, etc.) about who they think might pay for hauling tanks.
