What tools or items did you use to take off the straps from a comp so i can place it in the Vyper2 puck bungee mount i bought from DSS, im having a hard time getting the straps off, any ideas.

Keep in mind that DSS does not make the Vyper, or any of the OEM mounts for the Vyper.

These are Suunto products and you may need to contact Suunto for specific technical help.

I can say that all of the wrsit mounted Vyper / Vytec / Gekko computers I've seen use a strap that mounts essentially the same way a watch band mounts, with spring pins.

If you have ever replaced a wrist watch band you can remove the stock Suunto strap.

How do I do it? Carefully with the blade of a pocket knife, depress the end of the spring pin.

Remember I may not have ever seen all the possible OEM mounts that Suunto sells. That makes it hard for me to provide exact removal instructions.
