This is a small inflation bag to help with trim. I never used it and I dont think buddy who had it before me used it either if he did it was'nt much no inflater included just as you see it. maybe use it for sidemount bladder?

You might want to consider making this visible to sidemount divers. It's a DiveRite Trim Pillow...now discontinued. There's normally some people looking around for them for use as a low volume sidemount wing on DIY projects.
