Nice case. Adding foam like you did was my first thought. I put my old reg bag in there when I discovered it fit. My thought is to add shop stickers from my travels.

Have you had any problems with rust on your buckles?

Nice work. Why sand off the logo though, I love the look I get when I wip out my Dewalt reg case on the dive boat!
I put foam inside mine instead of reg bag. I found it gave me a little more room, and made it is easier to get stuff in and out.

Thats what i was going to suggest, to stop your regs and console flopping around in the bag. Great idea though.

None of the DeWalt cases I use have any rust on the buckles, although only one has been exposed to salt water and just a couple times. I like your sticker idea, I might have to do that as well.
