Hello thanks for the compliments, I went there in January 2017, I was very good in Sipalay, the Diving center is called ARTISTIC DIVING RESORT, they have a beautiful beach, the service is very good and the hotel rooms are clean, the sea temperature is 27 degrees to 30 meters deep.
