Switching between different transmitters using the same computer for Sidemount & deco

Are there any hoseless AI Suunto computers that can switch between 3 or more independent transmitters? This is for the case when diving sidemount with independent Tanks or using stage bottles in addition to the main tank(s).

Not at this time, you would need to turn the receiver off underwater and bleed all the pressure off the current tank in order to change the code on the receiver.

It appears that only Oceanic and Liqivision have this feature but not Suunto.

You are correct. I would go with the Liqivision computer over the oceanic for tech diving.
