Hi!
I'm using Suunto Vytec DS and I have tried downloading dive profiles.

Unfortunately, although the Dive Manager seems to be downloading "something", there are no "dive logs" to be downloaded (an empty list appears in download manager). The software does, however, download various details such as the number of dives, max depth etc.

When using a trial version of Diving Log 5.0, everything is downloaded well together with dive profiles etc...

I have tried reinstalling Dive Manager but it didn't really help...

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

What version SDM are you using?
 
The newest one, although I've already tried the previous versions...
 
I would suspect the download cable. I always have a bear of a time getting my Suuntos to download properly. The "symptoms" are exactly as you describe. It sometimes helps if I hold the cable in place in/on the computer while it connects and downloads. But even then it takes me several tries.

Yep, it's a pain, especially considering how long it takes the Suuntos to read the log off the computer.
