I got this issue with a brand new suunto transmiter. It's unable to pair with a D6i. I tried following the manual multiple times even doing that "pressurize, depressurize, wait 10s and pressurize again" routine several times. No luck. Appears to be dead.

I took it back to the store and I'm waiting for feedback.
