Hi
Could some body advise me on the stinger computer got hang about 30 over meter
friend of my have a stinger computer, He was playing with his computer by deeping
his computer with fishing line and test his depth at about 30 over meter,
after that his computer got hang after pull up.

After that he send it for changing new battery and pressure test at 50 meter pass
camber test but the computer still hang can some body please advise.

Have you taken it back to the shop that did the service on it? If they sent it in for service and it's still not right, then the service isn't complete in my mind. I'd take it or send myself back to Suunto.

the computer that I send to is just replace battery only but before hand is was at low bat
the dive shop change the battey the 30meter hang show up.
but they did camber test it pass at 50 meter .

will the lock of the hang release after 48 hrs.

You probably brought it up to fast, and it has no idea if you are actually diving, or if you are doing what you were doing, (which by the way is very odd). Anyway, the computer is probably locked out from diving because it thinks some idiot went to 30 meters and then shot to the surface and therefore will not allow another dive for a set amount of hours...or, the computer thinks the owner, who shot to the surface, is probably dead and it doesn't have to work anymore

If the computer is locked up from a violation it should clear in 48 hours, yes.

ok ok. I see what you are saying. Sorry about that.
not real familar with suunto products but what everyone else says sounds correct. give us some feed back to let everyone know if it clears and becomes usable after 48 so that we can add that info to our knowledge banks =)

I think we'll add to the knowledge banks that it is not a very good idea to send your computer down on the end of a fishing line. And, if you're going to, why not use the Mosquito, it's a lot cheaper!
