The problem seems to be gas switching.

My buddy's Vyper Air just refused a gas switch during a deco dive.

The problems with my Vytec all started during/after deco dives with two and three gases.

I don't think the Suunto software can really handle multiple gases.

Contact suunto I had a vyper 2 that had maybe 200 dives on it. After sitting for a few months it started going into a constant dive mode and would say I was at over 300 feet deep and had days of deco. Even though mine was out of the warrenty by a few days they sent me a brand vytec 2 air, worth more then my original computer and it even came with a usb sync cable. The company seems to really stand behind their product and customers.

It not the software. It's leaving the computer in the sun even 10min will get it up to 125f and salt build up on the transducer.
