I received this as a promotional offer, and demo dived it twice. I would call it brand new other than I did take it into the water to decide if I wanted it.
It is a beautiful watch dive computer, but doesn't meet my needs. It has all OEM packaging and components.
Shipping is included for continental USA.
It is fully under warranty and has not been registered.
