I've had my D9 for about a year now... I've tried downloading it numerous times, been through the ringer with tech support at Suunto, installed the latest everything, and figured it was just a problem with my PC.

I recently bought a new PC, tried it on this one, and it still won't work. My computer (in both cases) recognized the computer in the device manager under USB and COM4, but the software says device not found. Has anybody else had, or preferably fixed, this problem?

I don't want to lose this dive data, and I've been putting off sending my computer in for the recall until i can salvage these dives. Any help would be much appreciated.
