I'm a Fish!
Has anybody had problems with Suunto service in Tampa?

My D9 flooded and they are the last people to touch it but they are accusing me of tampering with it.

Do they honor their workmanship?

Do they pull this on people when they make a mistake?

I would appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with them.

we work in the caribean islands and we send all our suuntos to calypso and have never had an issue with them
i currently have 2 D9s with them and a D4 they always do a swift turnaround for us too
so no issues with them

I haven't got it back yet but it they told me they are going to warranty the work. It looks like the run a good operation.
