Can you tell me where the survey thing is hiding?

I've seen a bunch of surveys here over the years, but now that I want to do one, can't seem to figure out where it's hiding.

I use the default view, and in it when you post a new topic there is an "additional options" feature below the "smiley's" - one of the additional options (under attachments) is a poll option.
