What kind of conditions should I expect if I were to visit Ambergris in October?

Conditions in October will be generally be much calmer seas with the odd squall coming through (rain storm)
Of course October is green season so you can expect some rain during your stay however on the island the rain storms pass over the island so you get quick down pours and then the suns back out.
Winds are slight during that time therefore the bugs can be a little worse than in the more windy months so a good repellant is a good idea just in case.
I personally like the diving in the summer late fall the seas are calm its beautiful weather (inbetween showers) and its not busy as its low season.
