dear all,

Id' like to shoot occasionally supermacro with Canon 100mm macro USM (non-IS) on a 5dMkII.

What would be the Ikelite's ports for a
Kenko "teleplus pro 300" + mentioned lense,
and/or,
Canon 250 closeup lense + mentioned lens ?

If available, manual focus is a plus.

I already have a Ike flat port for Canon macro 100m, 5508.45. Would I need only a complement, or a full new port ?

many thanks,

Laurent

Hi Laurent

To use the tele-converter you will need a port that is 3/4" or ~19mm longer, this is assuming that your talking about a 1.4 tele-converter. The reason for this is you have to have enough room / length inside the port to keep the lens from crashing inside. Ports and there lengths can be found here: http://www.ikelite.com/web_pages/2port_standard.html . Another option would be to look at the Modular port options: MODULAR PORT SYSTEM

Have a great day

thanks Bill,

yes, it is with the 1.4 TC.
I've just sent you an email this morning, for a possible 3rd option.
