Just a reminder that this event is less than 2 weeks away. I will remind everyone the week of the event so the weather forecast will be known by then. The actual amount for the deep wrecks is $49.50 with tax included, tanks and weights extra. I am signed up for the 7am Morgan trip on Sunday.

I need a buddy for one of these dives!

I am signed up for the Sunday 7am trip to the Morgan wreck. Hopefully it will be good weather that weekend.

What are water temps at depth?

I don't know, exactly. I would guess somewhere is the low 50's. Lynnhaven Dive Center or someone out in Scubaboard might be able to know what to expect.

Well I'm headed out to the Tug/Reef on Saturday afternoon.

Last time we dove in mid summer off VA Beach it was about 63F...so don't expect any higher. Vis can be anything from 5 foot to 60.

try mid 40's at depth and mid 50's on the surface. 60 on the surface would be a shock with the way the weather has been this year and this time of year. I would not think of doing a deep dive this early without a drysuit, and I do not have one so I am out. good luck and let us know how it was.
