This CERTAINLY looks like a very good flash for the price.
I seems to have reasonable power, and all the options one would look for in a manual flash. The recycle time is a bit slow at 7.5 seconds, but that would be shooting full power, and I'm betting on a bit over 3 seconds on half power.
For $180 this seems like the flash of choice for those on a budget, and as I own and have owned a few Sunpak flash units, I know the Sunpak quality is generally very solid.
I'm betting the price is good because Sunpak is a VERY large flash manufacture vs. so many of the specialized flash manufactures that focus only on UW stuff like Ikelite, and Inon.
Anyone use this, or have commets?
